11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Registration Fee

The one-time registration fee is non-refundable once your account setup and phone number assignment are completed.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Refunds for active monthly plans may be issued only if the service was not activated or used within 3 days of purchase.
• After activation or campaign usage, no refunds will be granted.
• You comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all relevant carrier policies.
• Unused SMS credits may be adjusted to your wallet for future campaigns at our discretion.

3. Service Interruption

If service disruption occurs due to a verified technical error on our end, you may request a credit or partial refund within 7 days.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@theautomatedrei.com with your account details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

5. Cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through their account dashboard or by contacting support before the next billing date.
